Each film-coated tablet gives 13 mg of elemental zinc from 65 mg of zinc picolinate. It also has copper, vitamin C and two standardised Ayurvedic extracts. We print the real zinc number, not just the salt weight, so you know exactly how much your body gets.

Zinc Picolinate, a Chelated Form
Picolinate is zinc bound to picolinic acid, a compound the body makes on its own. It’s one of the zinc forms most often chosen for daily supplements, and it’s the only zinc form in this tablet. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

1 mg Copper for Balance
Zinc and copper use the same uptake routes in the gut, so taking zinc every day for months can lower copper levels. Each tablet adds 1 mg of copper as copper bisglycinate, which keeps a 13:1 zinc-to-copper ratio. Most zinc-only products leave this out.

Vitamin C, Amla and Tulsi

  • Vitamin C 40 mg (62% RDA for women): contributes to the normal function of the immune system
  • Amla Fruit Extract 250 mg: standardised to 40% polyphenols
  • Tulsi Leaf Extract 150 mg: standardised to 2.5% ursolic acid
